These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://connectedu.in, the ConnectedU web application, and the ConnectedU mobile app (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

ConnectedU is a digital school management software that helps educational institutions manage administrative, academic, and communication activities. The Platform allows schools, teachers, students, and parents to access and exchange educational information digitally.

Eligibility
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old; or
- If you are below 18, your parent or legal guardian has provided consent to use the Platform; and
- You have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the institution you represent.
Account Registration
- Certain features require registration.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and update it as necessary.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
- Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated.
Services and Access
ConnectedU provides schools with digital tools for managing attendance, grades, communication, and other academic functions.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice.
Subscription and Payments
- Access to certain modules may require a paid subscription or license.
- Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation policies will be detailed in your Service Agreement with Turgut.
- Payments are subject to GST at the applicable rate.
- All payments once made are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in the Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, software, code, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Platform are owned by Turgut.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for educational and administrative purposes of your institution.
- Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
- Upload or share content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes third-party rights;
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or network;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools;
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Data Ownership and Privacy
- All data related to students, parents, teachers, and schools uploaded to the Platform remains the property of the respective institution.
- Turgut acts as a data processor and handles such data only for providing the agreed services.
- We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
- Details on data handling, protection, and user rights are covered in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways, payment processors, or cloud hosting).
Turgut is not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages arising from third-party services, which are governed by their terms.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muhammed Shihabudeen Labba, as the proprietor of Turgut, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or reputation).
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid (if any) by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer
The Platform and all content and services are provided "as is" and "as available".
No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Termination
- Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or cause harm to the Platform or its users.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
- Obligations that by their nature survive (confidentiality, IP, and payment obligations) remain in effect.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turgut and its proprietor from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the Platform;
- Violation of these Terms; or
- Content or data submitted through the Platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, preferably Ernakulam.
