Digital Service Fulfillment

Connectedu (https://connectedu.in) is a 100% digital cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by INRAY LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62099KL2026PTC104994).

Because all core Connectedu products are digital software services, subscriptions, and mobile application access credentials, physical shipping is not required for software licensing.

Service Delivery & Provisioning Process

Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments / Net Banking / UPI):

1. Instant Payment Confirmation & Invoice Receipt

An automated payment confirmation email along with a GST-compliant digital invoice is dispatched to the school administrator's registered email address immediately (within 0 to 15 minutes).

2. Tenant Provisioning & Administrator Credentials

Dedicated cloud database instance, school portal URL (e.g. yourschool.connectedu.in), and root administrator credentials are provisioned within 2 to 24 business hours.

3. Onboarding, Data Import & Mobile App Access

Our customer success team conducts an onboarding session to assist in bulk student/teacher CSV upload, timetable setup, fee structure configuration, and parent app invitations within 1 to 3 business days.

Optional Hardware Add-ons Delivery (If Applicable)

Where an institution purchases physical ancillary hardware (such as GPS vehicle tracking beacons, RFID smart card scanners, or biometric bus readers):

Shipping Partner: Dispatched via reputed courier/logistics partners (Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post Speed Post) with complete parcel tracking details provided via email and SMS.
Estimated Dispatch Time: 2 to 4 working days from invoice clearance.
Estimated Delivery Timeline: 4 to 7 working days depending on school location across India.
Shipping Charges: Clearly itemized on the commercial invoice before payment checkout.
